An immigration lawyer is familiar with the options and pitfalls within the immigration system. When you partner with an immigration lawyer, you can expect her to explore your situation, strategize the best way forward, and help you navigate the process. Immigration law is complex and changes often. Your immigration lawyer will stay abreast of these changes and keep you informed as your case progresses.

The majority of our cases are “flat fee” based: that is, there is a standard fee charged for the entire process. Most flat fee clients choose to pay in monthly installments. In a minority of cases, an hourly rate is more appropriate. Most clients pay with credit or debit cards.

Attorney Mindy Butler-Christensen is licensed in Arizona and Texas, and is permitted to litigate in every immigration court in the U.S. and before the BIA (immigration appellate court). She also litigates in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. There are some situations, however, where it is in the client’s best interest for an out-of-state person to find local counsel.
